How we work

No account managers, no hand-offs. The person you brief is the person who writes the code.

  1. 01

    Scope

We map the problem, the constraints and the smallest version worth shipping.

  2. 02

    Build

Engineered in increments you can see and test, with no black-box months.

  3. 03

    Ship

Deployed on solid infrastructure, monitored, documented and handed over clean.

  4. 04

    Sustain

We stay on for the maintenance, iteration and the features that come next.

Studio

A sword between two brackets

That's the logo, and it's the whole idea. Brackets are where code lives. The sword is the nerve to ship something real inside them. Brave New Code is one senior engineer, Velibor Rajin, working in Vršac, Serbia. One person accountable for every line, from first scope to production.

Most software dies in the handoffs: between sales and delivery, the strategy deck and the build, the demo and the thing that actually runs. Here there are none: you brief the one person who writes the code, you watch it take shape, and what ships is exactly what we shook hands on.

Straight answers

As a one-person studio, what if you're unavailable mid-project?

Brave New Code is one accountable engineer, and that's deliberate. But the work never lives in one head: at each stage it ships documented, in a repository you own, with a build you control. If life intervenes, you're never locked out and the project can keep moving.

How do I know you've actually shipped real work?

The projects above are real and recently shipped, just anonymised for now while named case studies are being written. Until they're live, we'll walk you through the work, the stack and the decisions on a call. You talk to the person who built it, not a salesperson.

How are pricing and timelines handled?

Each project is scoped individually once we understand it. You get a clear plan before we build and progress you can check along the way, rather than a black-box estimate.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do, completely. You get the full source in a repository you own, with no proprietary lock-in and no hosting held hostage. What you pay for is yours to keep, move, or hand to another team.

What happens after launch?

Launch is a milestone, not the end. The same person who built it handles maintenance, monitoring and the next iteration, so there's no separate support desk to be handed off to. We agree how that works before the project starts.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

The studio is in Vršac, Serbia. We work with founders and product teams worldwide, remotely and on a normal working rhythm.

What technologies do you work with?

Vue, Nuxt and Laravel for applications; WordPress, including headless, for content platforms; Three.js and WebGL for interactive work; plus CRM, payment, email and marketing integrations on managed cloud.
